How do you protect yourself from internet fraud?
To protect our financial information, my husband an I change ours passwords every three months or less if is necessary. The password, we create more difficult using capital letter mixed with lowercase, number and special characters. We don't share any credit card to anyone independent if are family member, colleague, friends or whoever. Also we never open an e-mail from bank, because you'll share personal information and the people who steal could do whatever they want, like loans, open a company and etc, the e-mail could be a virus too that damage ours computers. So, if we need to solve something we make an appointment in person there in the bank, not by phone or e-mail.
Another care that I really like is when both of us buy something, we received a message in ours cell phones, the message describe hour, price and store that I bought. So if somebody steals my wallet and I didn't realize at the time, and that person starts to buy, I'll receive message and I can stop it quickly, just a call to the bank to they block my cards.
